Skin care is a nightmare. Some of us are blessed with perfect, blemish and oil free skin; I am not one of these people. My skin is particularly prone to dryness along my ‘T-Zone’ and I’ve been too lazy to sort out a skin care routine and actually stick to it.
It was about time I got myself into gear. I have been searching for the right sort of product that would help without my dry skin screaming at me for more moisture. I have tried and tested many brands but I wanted an affordable cruelty free skincare regime that would sort out my dry skin.
I’ve started to use up my health and beauty products and slowly replace them with cruelty free items because who wants to use things that have been forced and injected into bunnies?!
One of the main reasons that puts people off buying cruelty free products is the price – many instantly assume these items are much more expensive. I was guilty of this, until I did my research; while the price ranges can vary in some cases, there are actually so many brands that we use day-to-day that are cruelty free, without us even realising.
Before starting my switch to cruelty free brands, I decided to have a look at the products I regularly buy that don’t go near animals. I am surprised that I had a fair few!
