So many wonderful things happened in January and I discovered some new loves too. I really enjoy using my bullet journal to its full potential now and almost always remember to carry it around with me so I don’t forget to note down what I’ve been enjoying each month. It’s basically my own personally designed diary so I can add and amend things however I want.
Celebs Go Dating
When people say they have their guilty pleasures, well now you know mine. I don’t know what it is but I just get so invested in these kinds of programs, dating shows are just easy watching aren’t they. I managed to binge my way through a whole series in a week, oops.
I banged on about this vegan coleslaw in my January vegan round up, but here we are again. Honestly, this stuff is just too good I’m so happy there is a vegan alternative of one of my favourite jacket potato toppings. Trust me once you try this it’ll become a staple in your fridge.
I am a huge lover of tea, sadly coffee is just not really my thing so I am always on the hunt for new herbals to try. Chai was something I wanted to taste, I’m not usually a fan of black tea but the added spices of cinnamon, cardamon and ginger made this my new favourite hot drink.
Ever since going to Ollie’s themed work Christmas party in London I have been obsessed with Peaky Blinders. Set primarily in Birmingham, the show focuses on the gang run by the Shelby family. There is just so much action and drama and I’ve only seen two out of four series. Bring on series five!
I’m constantly on the lookout for new recipes to try and I discovered Wallflower Kitchen via someone I follow on Instagram. So far I’ve tried the Spicy Tenderstem & Peanut Noodle Stir Fry (I added tofu to this because well, tofu) and Vegan Samosa Pie, I highly recommend. The recipes are easy to follow and the results are delicious.
Until next time,
